In this short Youtube video Sadhguru, the Founder of the Isha Foundation, explains a simple process for self-protection. Isha Foundation offers a course on the ancient yogic process known as Bhuta Shuddhi, which I have participated in, but could not share with others who have not gone through the program. So I am grateful that now Sadhguru offers for everyone ways they may naturally and freely protect themselves. The one thing that is a cost is for a copper water vessel. When you place your water in the copper cup for overnight charging, do cover it with a clean natural fiber cloth or a copper lid. You may want to put a flower petal on top of the cloth for a sweet blessing, not necessary for the basic benefits. In fact, Sadhguru describes how traditional Indian Grandmothers cared for their water vessels for the best insurance for themselves and loved ones.
